It’s a matchup that is worthy of headlining any weekend, but for the GASO staff, fans and college coaches assembled this JL3/ProSkills 16U battle was a TOP LEVEL game that saw a handful of prospects on both sides bump their stock in a positive way.

GASO Madness Recap
It was an interesting change for the NCAA to make to their recruiting calendar, moving away from the traditional back-to-back Live weekends at the end of April to just a single Spring evaluation period for D1 coaches in mid-May. Though their reasoning was clear (let the dust settle on the transfer portal a little bit to allow coaches to focus on HS prospects), only time will tell if we see an uptick in recruitment for high school hoopers as a result of this switch.
But NCAA calendar aside, lets get right into the GASO Madness. 250+ teams descended on SWAC and Drive Nation to hoop in our NBA division in front of the college coaches and there were plenty of prospects who earned themselves a bump in the rankings
