No new highlights this week unfortunately, though we do have new episodes of the GASOCast along with the GASO Media Network’s “A Cup of Hoops”
GASO Top 25 Rankings: Jan. 11 Update
With district play starting and tournament season finally wrapped up, we’re starting to see the rankings start to gain some consistency in all classes, though that doesn’t mean there’s not upsets and shakeups happening just about every week.
6A Breakdown:
Plano East continues their undefeated season with a whole pack of contenders on their heels, Lake Travis got a big district win over no.20 Buda Johnson, and Hebron joins the rankings for the first time this year as Katy Jordan rejoins after a two month hiatus.
Keep an eye out for Atascocita v. Summer Creek this weekend as the pick of the 6A action from the weekend slate.
5A Breakdown:
Waco University keeps on winning as they charge into the no.9 spot in 5A, while Saginaw and Alamo Heights make their respective bows in the GASO Top 25.
